Apartment bedroom and living room, has a privileged location! 300m from Porto da Barra beach, one of the most beautiful tourist beaches in Salvador.It has 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobes, 1 double sofa bed in the living room, Wifi, open TV and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for your stay.
We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge an average daily consumption fee of 20 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate. For reservations over 30 nights, we charge water and energy.
***It is necessary to pay a deposit of R$500.00. It must be made via bank transfer within a period of up to 7 days after the reservation and the return will be made within a period of up to 5 working days after check-out;
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests registration and release at the concierge/property.

The neighborhood is undoubtedly the best to enjoy what Salvador has to offer. In it, in addition to the beach and proximity to tourist attractions, it also has markets, pharmacies, shopping, hospital and the best, without the need to use vehicles.
It is also 10 minutes by car from the most bohemian neighborhood, Rio Vermelho and 10 minutes from Pelourinho.
Guests will have access to the entire site, and to everything the building offers in terms of infrastructure, such as a swimming pool, gym and all the comfort that the location and the development offer.
