Great one bedroom apartment 800m from Praia do Porto da Barra, one of the most beautiful tourist beaches in Salvador! The Building has maid service included and a rooftop pool with panoramic city and sea views!Located on the 3rd floor, my space has 1 bedroom with split-type air conditioning, wardrobes and blackout curtains. In addition, it has a cozy living room with air conditioning and a full kitchen.
We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge an average daily consumption fee of 20 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate. Reservations over 30 nights charge water and energy.
***It is necessary to pay a deposit of R$500.00. It must be made via bank transfer within a period of up to 7 days after the reservation and the return will be made within a period of up to 5 working days after check-out;
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests registration and release at the concierge/property.
The composition of the room is as follows:
Bedroom 1: 1 King bed, TV, Split type air conditioning, blackout curtain and wardrobe.
NOTE: We have a double sofa bed in the living room
Located in the Barra neighborhood, one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Salvador, close to the Carnival circuit and the most beautiful urban beach in Salvador, Porto da Barra. Also close to Farol da Barra, where the sunset is a spectacle in itself, including a round of applause!
The neighborhood is, without a doubt, the best way to enjoy what Salvador has to offer! In it, in addition to the beach and proximity to places of tourist interest, it also has markets, pharmacies, shopping, hospital and the best, without the need to use vehicles.
