NOTE: All mattresses have been recently replaced.

- Social bathroom with: hair dryer.
- Fully equipped kitchen, with: Cutlery, Pans, Coffee maker, Duplex refrigerator, Air fryer, Microwave, Sandwich maker. Blender, Electric fruit juicer, Food processor, Cold water cooler, Cooler.

From 8:00 am to 10:00 pm (some days the pool will close earlier as it needs treatment).
Barbecue in operation (there is no additional cost, just make a reservation on a spreadsheet in the barbecue area), the only requirement is to return it clean.
Sauna opening hours (Monday to Saturday)
From 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Barbecue area with 2 bathrooms.
With 1 freezer that can be used when using the space.
Check-in: time from 2:00 pm.
Checkout: until 10:00 am.
We charge: R$ 150.00 cleaning fee and R$ 150.00 deposit for electricity consumption separately.
We do not provide: bed linen and towels, we deliver the beds and pillows covered.
