- As the house is in front of the river and pool, small children must be supervised.

• Guests have full access to the house, including suites, leisure areas, kitchen, garden, sauna, and service quarters. There are no shared areas or condominium rules.
• The private deck and boat with sailor are available for crossings.
The Boa Vida Stays team is available by phone and through the platform's inbox before and during your stay. We can help with tour reservations, transfers, and restaurant recommendations. We respect guests' privacy and only contact them upon request.
The property is accessible entirely by road, and you can drive directly to the house. Private parking is available for guests on the property. The property is approximately 80 km from Porto Seguro Airport, and private transfers can be arranged upon request. There is no public transportation to the door.
From Porto Seguro, head to Arraial d'Ajuda and then take a van/transfer to Nova Caraíva. From there, cross the river by canoe. The public crossing costs about R$7.50 and takes 5 minutes, but our guests can use the private boat on the deck.
There are no cars in the village; pack light and wear sandals.
To explore the region, we schedule buggy tours, stand-up paddleboarding, and visits to Pataxó villages.
