The Bungalows occupy practically the entire first line of the condominium, have a privileged location and a breathtaking view!Bungalow N02 is comfortable and functional, especially designed for seasonal als. There are 120m2 of interior 37m2 of private garden!
In total there are 3 suites, all air-conditioned. The first suite is on the ground floor and has two single beds, the other two suites are on the first floor. The master suite has a Queen bed, 42" Smart TV and a spectacular view! The third suite has a double bed. All suites have air conditioning and large closets. Comfortably accommodates 6 people.
The living room has a comfortable retractable sofa and a 50" Smart TV. The space is shared with a fully furnished American kitchen, with a water dispenser (water filter), stove, refrigerator, as well as utensils and small appliances. Between the living room and the access stairs to the rooms, we have a toilet and a service area with a washing machine and cleaning utensils.
In the outdoor area there is a balcony overlooking the sea and a private garden with outdoor furniture.

It is integrated in the village of Imbassaí with a privileged location, right in fe where the river meets the sea, access to the beach takes just a few seconds on foot. Next to the Condominium we find the beginning of the bike path and the boardwalk that runs through Imbassaí, following the river. This new condominium was delivered in December 2018, has a 24-hour doorman, underground parking, and a complete structure with a Club with Swimming Pool, Bar, Playground, Gym, Children's Space. Barbecue and Ballroom (for long stays).
