We take care of the house with all the care and attention in order to provide the greatest comfort and the best possible stay for you.
*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;
**For reservations of more than 10 nights, we charge for energy and water consumption;
**A deposit of R$900.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out (for New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests registration and release at the reception/property.
The rooms are composed as follows:
Suite 1 (superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet and balcony;
Bedroom 1 (superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;
Bedroom 2 (upper): 1 bunk bed with extra bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet.
Note: We have a sofa bed in the living room.
Imbassaí: where the river meets the sea, it boasts an enviable welcoming infrastructure: there are several leisure options, ecological tourism, gastronomy and, of course, plenty of tranquility, in perfect harmony with nature.
The condominium offers a gourmet kiosk with barbecue and pizza oven, children's playground, swimming pool with wet deck, visitor parking, green area and 24-hour security guardhouse.
