We take care of the house with all the care and attention in order to provide the greatest comfort and the best possible stay for you.
*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees for an average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate;
***A deposit of R$600.00 must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out (for New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.
