Excellent apartment, finely decorated and cozy, with complete infrastructure, in the best location in Imbassaí, a few steps from the beach and with access to the river through the condominium.My space consists of 3 bedrooms (1 suite), all with Split air conditioning. It also has a living room with Smart TV, a full kitchen and a balcony!
We take care of the apartment with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**Deposit: bookings made require the payment of a deposit in the amount of R$ 900.00. This deposit must be made via bank transfer within a period of up to 7 days after the reservation and the return will be made within a period of up to 5 working days after check-out;
***Energy consumption is charged accordingly at the end of the stay.
The composition of the rooms is as follows:
Suite 1: 1 queen bed, split air conditioning and blackout curtain.
Bedroom 1: 2 single beds, split air conditioning and blackout curtain.
Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed split air conditioning and blackout curtain.
OBS.: Our accommodation has capacity for up to 6 adults and 2 children up to 11 years old.
