Great house, with excellent infrastructure!It has a living room, full kitchen, Wi-fi, 4 suites (1 on the ground floor), all with air conditioning. It has a wonderful outdoor area with swimming pool, garden and barbecue.
We take care of the apartment with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

**We do not charge an average daily consumption fee of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate. Reservations over 30 nights charge water and energy.
***It is necessary to pay a deposit in the amount of R$1000.00. It must be carried out via bank transfer within a period of up to 7 days after the reservation and the return will be made within a period of up to 5 working days after check-out;
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests registration and release at the concierge/property.

- Suite 1 (ground floor): 2 single beds, 1 extra mattress, closet and split air conditioning.
- Suite 2 (superior): 1 double bed, 1 extra mattress, closet, split air conditioning and view.
- Suite 3 (superior): 1 double bed, 1 single bed, closet, split air conditioning and view.
- Suite 4 (superior): 1 queen bed, split air conditioning, closet, cable TV and view.
The Casas de Sauípe condominium has a swimming pool, food kiosks, sports courts, children's playground, swimming pool, sauna, bike path, gym and private access to the beach. It is worth mentioning that Sauípe has one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast of Bahia and the distance from my accommodation to the sea is only 800m.
