**Water and electricity consumption will be charged according to consumption at the end of the stay;
***A deposit of R$2,500.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after and the refund will be within 5 working days after check-out;
****It will be necessary to send documents for all guests, registration and release at the reception/property.
The rooms are composed as follows:
Suite 1 (ground floor): 2 single bunk beds, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;
Suite 2 (ground floor): 1 queen bed with single assistant, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet and balcony;
Suite 3 (superior): 1 queen bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet and balcony;
Suite 4 (superior): 2 single bunk beds, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet and balcony;
Suite 5 (superior): 1 king bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet and balcony.
In addition to everything the condominium offers (complete infrastructure, swimming pool, gourmet lounge, kids space, gym, party room, games room, children's playground, gym and sports courts), it also has private access to the beach, at a distance of approximately 5min walk.
* use of the party room, fee is required.
It is worth mentioning that Sauípe has one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast of Bahia.
