• Bedroom 2: two wooden bunk beds (4 single beds), side window and optional access to the bathroom of Suite 1.
• Suite 3: king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, Gree inverter air conditioning, and bathroom with blue/beige porcelain tile finish and square shower. Optionally connects to Bedroom 4.
• Room 4: two bunk beds (4 single beds), Philco air conditioning and blue and white themed decor. Shared access with the bathroom of Suite 3.
Ground floor capacity: up to 12 guests.

First Floor – Main House
• Living Room: spacious and integrated with the balcony, offering sea views. Sofa for 4 people, 2 armchairs, dining table for 6, work area and china cupboard.
• Kitchen: equipped with Consul and Brastemp refrigerators, 5-burner stove, range hood, microwave, mini oven, and coffee maker. Built-in cabinets, granite countertop, and panoramic windows.
• Gourmet Balcony: two wooden tables (6 and 5 seats), metal barbecue with hood, stone countertop and views of the coconut grove and the sea.
• Suite 5 – Master: queen-size bed, Gree inverter air conditioning, eight-door walk-in closet, private balcony, and bathroom with double sinks, organic mirror, and glass shower enclosure.
