In addition, the outdoor area has a wonderful swimming pool, balcony and large gourmet area with barbecue.

**We do not charge electricity fees, average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate;
***A deposit of R$1000.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out;
