*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
*We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate. For reservations over 30 nights we charge for water and energy;
*A deposit of R$1000.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after and the refund will be within 5 working days after check-out;
*It will be necessary to send documents for all guests, registration and release at the reception/property.
