*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees, average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate;
***A deposit of R$1000.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out;
****It will be necessary to send documents for all guests, registration and release at the reception/property.

- Suite 3 (Superior): 1 double bed, TV, window air conditioning, fan, blackout curtain and closets.
- Suite 4 (External - Ground Floor): 1 double bed, 1 single bed and air conditioning.
Guarajuba is an excellent place to get in touch with nature and rest on its beautiful and preserved beaches.
The condominium has full infrastructure, offers a sports area with a grass and sand football field, children's playground and 24-hour security.
Its distance to Salvador International Airport is 30 km.
