Excellent apartment, with complete infrastructure in Guarajuba, has an excellent structure with security, barbecue, freezer, Smart TV, swimming pool and garden.My space is located on the 1st floor and has 2 air-conditioned suites. In addition, it has a cozy living room with a sofa bed, Smart TV with cable channels, a full kitchen and a balcony with a hammock and a view of the condominium.
We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge an average daily consumption fee of 20 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;
***It is necessary to pay a deposit in the amount of R$900.00. It must be made via bank transfer within a period of up to 7 days after the reservation and the return will be made within a period of up to 5 working days after check-out.
The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Access to the apartment is via stairs.
Guarajuba is one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast, which recently received the Blue Flag certificate*, making it an excellent place to get in touch with nature, rest and enjoy with the family! Its distance to Salvador International Airport is 30 km.
Guests will have unrestricted access to the entire space of the house.
