Excellent house in the best region of Guarajuba, consisting of 6 bedrooms (5 suites), all air-conditioned, living room and full kitchen. All modern and decorated spaces! The best part of my space is in the outdoor area, with a gourmet space with barbecue, swimming pool, hydro and garden.Located in Condomínio íso, with excellent infrastructure, area with grass and sand football field, children's playground and 24-hour security.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees, average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate. For reservations over 30 nights we charge for water and energy;
***A deposit of R$3,000.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out;
****It will be necessary to send documents for all guests, registration and release at the reception/property.

Suite 3: 1 queen bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;
Suite 4: 1 king bed, 4 single beds, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;
Suite 5 (outdoor area): 2 double beds, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;
NOTE: We have 1 suite/dependence in the external area with 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed and split air conditioning.
