Beautiful house, located in Condomínio Mar Azul, 220m from Guarajuba Beach and next to the best tents (Prefeitinho and Carlinhos), with full infrastructure, 24-hour security, sports area (gym and courts) and party room.The space is arranged as a house, with 4 bedrooms (3 suites), 2 of which have air conditioning, living room, full kitchen and balcony. In the outdoor area there is a wonderful swimming pool, barbecue and garden, great to relax!

**We do not charge electricity fees, average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate;
***A deposit of R$1500.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out;

The condominium has access to the beach, 24-hour security and a promenade, which guests can enjoy as they wish. In Guarajuba, where it has one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast of Bahia and which recently received the Blue Flag certificate, one of the most recognized ecological labels in the world and which only 14 beaches have achieved. This symbol represents that there is sustainable tourism combined with intense preservation of the environment. To achieve this, the beaches went through a long process of prerequisites that lasted more than 1 year, from water quality assessment to environmental management.
