Excellent house with 5 bedrooms (3 suites), located in the Sol condominium in Guarajuba.The complete and cozy space has air conditioning in all bedrooms, kitchen, living room and Wi-Fi. Furthermore, the outdoor area has a wonderful swimming pool with sun loungers and a gourmet area with barbecue.
We take care of the house with great care and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

**We do not charge electricity fees, average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate. Reservations over 15 days we charge for water and energy;
***A deposit of R$1,500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after and the refund will be within 5 working days after check-out;
****It will be necessary to send documents for all guests, registration and release at the reception/property.

Suite 1 (ground floor): 1 queen bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet and smart TV;
Suite 2 (superior): 1 queen bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet and smart TV;
Suite 3 (superior): 1 queen bed, split air conditioning, fan, blackout curtain, closet and smart TV;
Bedroom 1 (superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;
Bedroom 2 (superior): 2 single beds, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet.
NOTE: Bedrooms 1 and 2 share 1 bathroom, making one of them a suite.
Guarajuba is one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast and recently received the Blue Flag certificate, one of the most recognized ecological labels in the world and which only 14 beaches have achieved. This symbol represents that there is sustainable tourism combined with intense preservation of the environment.
