The property located in Condomínio íso dos Lagos, offers an excellent structure with all the best amenities in Guarajuba. The house accommodates up to 13 people, and has 4 air-conditioned suites, living room with smart TV, full kitchen and Wi-Fi. *We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees, average daily consumption of 20 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate. For reservations over 30 nights we charge for water and energy;
***A deposit of R$1500.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after and the refund will be within 5 working days after check-out;
****It will be necessary to send documents for all guests, registration and release at the reception/property.
The composition of the rooms is as follows:
Suite 1 (ground floor): 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning, fan, blackout curtain and closet;
Suite 2 (ground floor - outdoor area): 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning and blackout curtain;
Suite 3 (superior): 2 double beds, 1 single bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and cable TV (sky);
Suite 4 (superior): 1 queen bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet.
NOTE: The bathroom in suite 2 is shared with the common pool area.
The Condominium has a structure with 24-hour security, children's playground, swimming pool, sports court, grass field, sand field, tennis court, wooded trail and access to the lake.
