On a plot of 600 m2, the house has 4 suites equipped with air conditioning and extremely comfortable beds. We also have a TV room and a dining room, with furniture designed to offer all the comfort you need.
Our wonderful swimming pool is located in a privileged position on the land, with sunlight all day long. And with LED lighting, you can use the pool even when the sun goes down. Next to the pool, on the veranda, you will find a gourmet area with a Refrigerator, Brewery, Grill, everything you need to entertain your friends and family with delicious food by the pool.
We have Wi-Fi with high connection speed throughout the house, smart tv, for those (rare) moments when you don't want to stay on the beach or by the pool.
Our Kitchen is complete with an oven, stove, electric oven, fridge, microwave, and all the equipment you could need to prepare your food. We also have a beautiful gourmet area, where you can enjoy a meal with your friends or family.
The house also has a laundry area with a washing machine, ready for your use.
