Accommodation limited to 12 people with a suite, 2 bedrooms and 1 guest bathroom in the house and an attached suite, with a total of 3 complete bathrooms and 2 external showers. All 4 bedrooms have new split air conditioning.
The house does not have a garage, but it is on a very quiet street where it is possible to park easily and calmly in the safety of the condominium.
Pool cleaning and garden maintenance services included. If interested, we will recommend a cleaning lady/cook. Water consumption (R$ 13.55 per m3) and energy (R$ 1.22 per kWh) charged separately. Water tank with 3000 liters.
