This is an excellent single-story house, with excellent infrastructure in Guarajuba, consisting of 4 bedrooms (2 suites), all with air conditioning and fan, living room and kitchen. It has a wonderful outdoor area with a balcony, large swimming pool and gourmet area with barbecue.We take care of the house with great care and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

**We do not charge electricity fees, average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

The condominium has full infrastructure, offers a sports area with a grass and sand football field, children's playground and 24-hour security.
Located in Guarajuba, where it has one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast of Bahia and which recently received the Blue Flag certificate, one of the most recognized ecological labels in the world and which only 14 beaches have achieved. This symbol represents that there is sustainable tourism combined with intense preservation of the environment. To achieve this, the beaches went through a long prerequisite process that lasted more than 1 year, from water quality assessment to environmental management.
