On the roof there is a living room with TV and sofa and an excellent terrace.

Suite 2 (Ground Floor): 2 single beds, split type air conditioning, blackout curtain and wardrobes;
Suite 3 (Superior): 1 double bed, split type air conditioning and blackout curtain.
Note: on the upper floor there is a living room with a sofa and TV.
Access to the apartment is by elevator and roof by stairs.
The Condominium has a great structure with 24-hour security, reception, wet bar with ice machine, 2 swimming pools (adult and children), sauna and gym.
Guarajuba is one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast and has recently received the Blue Flag certificate, one of the most recognized eco-labels in the world and which only 14 beaches have achieved. This symbol represents that there is a sustainable tourism combined with the intense preservation of the environment. For this achievement, Praia went through a long pre-requisite process that lasted more than 1 year, ranging from water quality assessment to environmental management.
Guests will have unrestricted access to the entire space of the house.
