Excellent house, located in Guarajuba, one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast!My space consists of 5 bedrooms (4 suites), living room with Smart TV, full kitchen, WIFI and an outdoor area with pool and barbecue.

**We do not charge electricity fees, average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate;
***A deposit of R$1500.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after and the refund will be within 5 working days after check-out;

The condominium has full infrastructure, offers a sports area with a grass and sand football field, children's playground and 24-hour security.
Guarajuba is one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast and recently received the Blue Flag certificate, one of the most recognized ecological labels in the world and which only 14 beaches have achieved. This symbol represents that there is sustainable tourism combined with intense preservation of the environment.
