Duplex bungalow style apartment, right on the sand, located in the Condominium, in Itacimirim, with sea view pool and private access to the beach!The space is fully furnished, has a living room with pay TV (Sky), Wi-Fi, full kitchen, 3 air-conditioned suites (1 on the ground floor) and a great balcony to relax!
We take care of the house with great care and care, with the aim of providing you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees, average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate. For reservations over 30 nights we charge for water and energy;
***A deposit of R$900.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after and the refund will be within 5 working days after check-out.
The composition of the rooms is as follows:
Suite 1 (Ground floor): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;
Suite 2 (Superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;
Suite 3 (Superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet.
Note: In addition to 6 adults, my space accommodates 1 child up to 12 years old.
