**We do not charge electricity fees, average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate.;
***A deposit of R$800.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out;
****It will be necessary to send documents for all guests, registration and release at the reception/property.

Note: Our accommodation has capacity for up to 6 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old.
