Located in Condomínio íso da Enseado, recently opened and located just a few minutes from Praia da Espera (about 130m), which is home to one of the largest natural sea turtle nurseries in Brazil.The apartment is on the ground floor and accommodates up to 12 people. It has 3 suites, all air-conditioned, a living room and integrated kitchen, as well as a balcony overlooking the pool.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees, average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

Suite 2: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;
Suite 3: 2 single beds, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet and balcony.
