*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees, average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate;
***A deposit of R$800.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out;
****It will be necessary to send documents for all guests, registration and release at the reception/property.
The composition of the suites is as follows:
Suite 1: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, closet and blackout curtain;
Suite 2: 1 double bed, 1 single mattress, split air conditioning, closet and blackout curtain.
The facilities at the Bora Bora condominium include a truly stunning swimming pool, which offers a magnificent view of the sea. The pool has a relaxing hydromassage, a wet deck to enjoy pleasant moments and even has a children's area for children to have fun.
The condominium has private access to Praia da Espera.
