In addition to the complete structure inside the property, with 2 living rooms, kitchen and 6 bedrooms (4 suites), my property offers a large outdoor area with hammocks on the porch, barbecue and pool overlooking the beach!!We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**Consumption of water and electricity will be charged according to consumption at the end of the stay;
***It is necessary to pay a deposit in the amount of R$1500.00. It must be made via bank transfer within a period of up to 7 days after the reservation and the return will be made within a period of up to 5 working days after check-out;
****Employee who maintains the garden and pool in addition to supporting guests during their stay, lives in the attached house on the land;
***** It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests registration and release at the concierge/property.

Suite 3 (Superior): 1 double bed, Split type air conditioning, blackout curtain and wardrobes.
Suite 4 (Superior): 1 double bed, Split type air conditioning, blackout curtain and wardrobes.
NOTE: We have 2 extra single mattresses
