There are four air conditioned bedrooms: one ground floor bedroom with double bed, two bedrooms on the second floor with a double bed in each. One of them suite. And a mezzanine with two bunk beds.
Gated community, family and quiet. Close to market, fishmonger, bakery and restaurant. Parking space. Private exit to the river with a delicious beach at low tide. Two pools in the common area of the condominium, a children's and an adult.
The condo has outdoor BBQ area overlooking the Jacuípe River.
The river is great for kayaking and standup paddle. In the region we have boat rentals and jetski to ride.
As a rule of the condo, pets are not allowed.
We are 9km from Guarajuba and 23km from Praia do Forte. A place with a rustic and quirky beauty.
