It has a ceiling fan, split air conditioning, anti-mosquito fabric on the windows and doors.
Smart TV with Netflix installed. Large bathroom with shower, hairdryer, soap, and toilet paper included.
Large open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary elements for cooking and eating (new 5-burner stove with glass top and double sliding oven, refrigerator with freezer, food processor, blender, coffee maker, pressure cooker, non-stick pans, etc.) integrated with a spacious pantry or dining area.
Optional: we provide a single bed to put in the pantry (REQUEST IN ADVANCE)
Bed linens and towels are provided. There's a kiosk with a barbecue grill for barbecues even in the rain. A laundry area with a washing machine (additional cost per wash with laundry service). Dining and relaxing areas in the garden.
We have 2 public accesses to the beach a few meters away, or in front of the Arraial Bangalo Hotel that offers our guests the option of their Day-Use consuming in its bar/restaurant WITHOUT MINIMUM VALUE, it's worth it!!
The apartment is on the ground floor. Bia and I live on the first floor and are available 24/7.
Our beach, on the border between Araçaipe and Apaga Fogo, is very peaceful. At low tide, natural pools form and at high tide, turtles come to swim.
We have many bars, restaurants and conveniences nearby and many delivery services.
