It is located on the third floor and is very well ventilated and lit. It has 2 full bathrooms, two double bedrooms, one of them with a bathroom, and a single bedroom. The living room is very spacious, with a 55-inch TV and a large balcony.
The kitchen is complete, with a blender, sandwich maker, and microwave.
There is a washing machine, iron and table.
In the double rooms, we have 2 air conditioning units and a 43-inch TV.
We have 2 large fans, internet, cable TV.
We have bath towels, sheets and 1 hairdryer.
The apartment has a parking space and the condominium has two elevators. There is 24-hour security.
