On the top floor, with panoramic views of the Jatiúca Sea, a deck with a pool and a shower. There's a barbecue area and a long wooden table with benches. A fitness room with gym equipment.

24-hour security with video monitoring.
PARKING
Internal parking space is charged separately per day.
USE
You can enjoy the entire apartment and all the common areas of the building: garage, reception, roof terrace.
ACCESS
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM on the reservation date. When, submit your information to complete the guest registration process. On the day of check-in, identify yourself at the reception desk to release and collect the keys. 24-hour reception.
EARLY CHECK-IN
We must wait for the previous guest to vacate the apartment by noon. We'll come in to clean and release the reservation at 3 p.m. If the apartment is vacant, we'll grant early check-in for an additional fee, but we can't guarantee this in advance.
LATE CHECKOUT
Checkout is until noon, to give another guest the opportunity to book and move in after 3 pm. If you want to stay longer, we have half-day and full-day packages so you have the option of leaving later, at your preferred time.
SUPPORT
We have a support team with housekeeping, maintenance, and customer service to provide complete assistance during your stay.
