If you need extra services, such as a day laborer, a cook or want to visit the wonderful natural pools of Ipioca or other tourist attractions in the region, talk to me, I can give you several contacts to help you during your stay.
The house is located in the Angra de Ipioca condominium, with 24-hour security, the condominium is quiet, perfect for families. In addition, the playground has a playground, a multi-sports court and a jogging track. The house has 4 suites, all with air conditioning and closets, and with comfortable bathrooms. The living room is well ventilated with a view of the forest, close to the condominium, and integrated into the kitchen and the outdoor area, giving direct access to the barbecue with a table for outdoor dining and the pool.
The whole house will be prepared to receive them.
The house is located 700 meters from the beach of Ipioca, being able to access it in a quiet walk through the condominium and an area of environmental preservation with its own access. There are small markets in the surroundings and a small market in Paripueira that delivers.
We recommend renting cars, if you come by plane, it is possible to do this at the airport. There is the option of coming by uber/taxi for those who want to spend a few quiet days at the nearby beach and at the house.
