SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you use TemporadaLivre, sending contact to an advertiser (as a tourist) or purchasing an ad on our portal (as an advertiser), we collect the personal information you give us such as: name, email and address.

When you access our website, we also save your IP address for the purposes of records and anti-fraud analysis.

Email Marketing will only be carried out if you allow it. In these emails, you can receive news about TemporadaLivre, new products and other updates.

Finally, when you use our Apps (iOS and Android), we collect an identifier (eg Android Advertising ID) for the purpose of generating usage statistics.

SECTION 2 - CONSENT

When you provide personal information such as name, phone number, to complete: a transaction or a contact submission to an advertiser. After carrying out actions, we understand that you are in agreement with the collection of data to be used by our company.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will ask you directly for your consent, or provide you with the opportunity to say no.

All conversations on our platform are subject to manual review for the purpose of verifying compliance with our Terms of Service.
