This beautiful beach house is located in a 20-hectare forest, in front of the famous Xpu-Ha Beach on the Riviera Maya (Yucatan Peninsula), Mexico. The house is next to the famous Esencia Hotel, where guests can access the SPA and excellent restaurants just steps away.The construction project was carried out by one of Mexico's leading beach architects (whose work includes the famous Las Alamandas Hotel). And its minimalist style decor uses local Mexican pieces. All woodwork is made of mahogany and other tropical woods from the jungles of Yucatán and Chiapas.
The villa has an area of 9,000 m2 with 7 terraces. In addition, it has a large living room, a fully equipped bar, 4 spacious suites, a studio, a kitchen and two private kiosks (one at the pool and the other at the beach). In total, the house has 6 different resting areas for its guests to enjoy and is surrounded by large gardens, which are beautifully lit at night. Access to it is via a private road. Its location couldn't be better: on the beach at Xpu-Ha, a paradisiacal place with white sands and turquoise waters, classified as one of the 3 best beaches in the entire Riviera Maya.
The pool area leads to the beach, where the private kiosk is located, surrounded by tropical palm trees. During the months of June and July, the protected species of giant sea turtles come to spawn on the beach. A great effort is made to keep your gardens as spotless as possible.
