As you walk through the door, you will be greeted by a spacious, open floor plan, complete with stylish furnishings and modern amenities. The living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day exploring the city, with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV and lots of natural light.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
We have 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with a spacious area of 2,128 square feet, which can accommodate up to 14 people comfortably. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings.
There is a private pool (which can be heated upon request for a fee) and a complimentary barbecue grill, as well as a seating area. Additionally, you will have access to the resort's full clubhouse and pool, as well as other amenities such as a fitness center and more.
Close to the best attractions, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld.
CLEANING: There is no daily cleaning service provided for the rental price. Prior to check-in, a professional cleaning company will clean, disinfect and inspect the unit. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
THIS HOUSE IS SELF-SUFFICIENT. Please go to the nearest supermarket to purchase toiletries and desired meals.
An entry of complimentary toilet paper rolls, paper towels, dishwasher soap, trash bags, body wash, shampoo and conditioner is provided for your initial convenience only.
*** Pool/Spa Heat is charged an extra fee of $40.00 + tax per night, and must be for the entire stay – If applicable, must be requested two days prior to check-in date.
- GRILL: Grill cleaning fees of USD 50/stay apply. Guests are responsible for filling the propane tank.
