It has 5 rooms in total and can accommodate up to 10 people. Three bedrooms are located in the main building and a further bedroom at the end of the house with a separate entrance and exit to the garden and pool. This double room also has a sauna. The fifth bedroom is in the guest house.
Through a small passageway from the living room, guests can access the dining room, which has sliding doors to the outdoor dining area with barbecue area, which can be used throughout the year. There is a large living room with direct access to the furnished covered terrace overlooking the large heated swimming pool with childproof cover.
Olives, palms and fruit trees and a very green environment surround the plot of 1,891m2. The area is very calm and peaceful without any traffic noise - relaxing and invigorating.
