Large outdoor area for parties (birthdays, engagements, revelation tea, wedding anniversary, family gatherings, companies, commercial parties, etc.).It has a veranda, swimming pool with hydromassage, sports court where you can rent toys for the children (inflatable toys, ball pool, elastic bed, etc.) or rent a Tent to enlarge the covered area, renting more tables and chairs for the party.
The area with barbecue has a sink with cabinets, a large granite counter for serving, stools.
It has a bathroom with shower (heated water with solar or electric heater), next to the barbecue.
The covered garage holds two cars, but in front of the garage holds even more 8 cars inside the house, without the need to leave it outside, the gate is electronic.
The place is very quiet and with a great location and main accesses, on the border between Valinhos and Campinas.
Outlets are 110v and 220v.
NOTE:
1) Rent only the external area, as there are currently no sleeping rooms available.
2) Daily rate starts at 8am and ends at 10pm
3) The court measures 12m x 10m (great space to place a tent / tables and chairs / children's toys (inflatables, ball pool, trampoline, soap football, etc...)
4) The pool is 9m x 4m and 1.20m deep (with 3 whirlpools)
