There are 2 grocery stores with bars in the neighborhood, and in one of them there is also a pizzeria on weekends and season. On the nearby beaches there is a great offer of bars and restaurants, as well as beaches without any kind of sand trade.
We are at the alt of km 16 of the RODOVIA RIO - SANTOS, between UBATUBA and PARATY. It is 35 min to UBATUBA and 45 to PARATY. The nearby beaches, within a 10 km radius are: PRUMIRIM, PURUBA, UBATUMIRIM, ESTALEIRO DO PADRE, ALMADA, FARM, PICINGUABA AND CAMBURY all wonderful and very preserved. There are at least 5 waterfalls on this stretch, including CACHOEIRA DA LAGE, which is practically in our backyard. There are many walks around and total relaxation in the property, which besides being beautiful and peaceful is very safe.
