Using the Hot Tub
• The bathtub can be used for up to 4 hours a day.
• Exceeding this limit will result in an extra charge equivalent to half a day's rate, due to high energy consumption and the risk of overload.
• Continuous use exceeding the permitted limit may burn out the motor, making repair charges necessary.
It is expressly forbidden:
• Smoking is prohibited in the bathtub, inside the property, and in common areas.
• Entering the bathtub or walking around the property with beach sand on it can cause blockages, damage the system, and may burn out the motor.
Cleaning and Handing Over the Property
• The cleaning process is documented in videos, showing the overall condition, cabinets, household items, and how the equipment is functioning.
• The guest receives the property clean, organized, and functional, as advertised.
Damage and non-standard items:
• Any item that is broken, damaged, irreparably soiled, or delivered in a condition different from its original state will be replaced or repaired, with the guest being charged according to the platform's policy.
Regarding Finishes and Property Details
• Minor aesthetic differences that do not compromise the functionality of the property are not grounds for complaint.
• We only accept personal suggestions, as the perception of "perfection" varies between each guest profile.
• Everything in the advertisement corresponds exactly to what is offered.
Property Cleaning
The property cleaning is performed by a professional team. At the end of each cleaning, video recordings are made to prove the condition of the cleaned property upon delivery.
If any soiled area is identified, the situation should be reported to management immediately for verification.
After the investigation, the team may be changed and held accountable, depending on what happened.
