The location is close to the Saco da Ribeira Nautical Center, easy access to the beautiful Praia do Lázaro, Domingas Dias.
In the region there is the Porto Ribeira supermarket just a few meters away, pharmacies and restaurants in addition to the Ribeira Mall with beautiful views of the beautiful landscape and more options of restaurants and shops.
My house has a practical and very functional space: an open-concept living room with masonry bunk beds that are sofas during the day and beds at night.
Fully equipped kitchen, integrated with the living room.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a large closet and gives access to the service area, with an outdoor shower, washing machine and clotheslines for any need.
The property accommodates up to 6 people comfortably.
It is located within a gated community so there are condominium rules to be followed.
There is 1 indoor parking space.
Beaches: Easy access to Lázaro, Sununga, Ribeira and Domingas Dias beaches...
The region is beautiful and the combination of mountains and sea is a gift from nature.

My family came to visit Ubatuba almost 40 years ago and we fell in love with the place! Nature, the mountain that is in perfect union with the sea conquered us.
We started by venturing into the sea and then onto land and today we are trying to enjoy a little of everything the region has to offer and we want more!
