The location is close to the Saco da Ribeira Nautical Center, near the beautiful beaches of Sununga, Lázaro, and Domingas Dias.
The region's infrastructure offers various options for markets, pharmacies, and restaurants, in addition to the Ribeira Mall with a beautiful view of Saco da Ribeira and several gastronomic and shopping options.
Our house is a single-story building with a practical and very functional layout: an open-concept living room with two built-in bunk beds that serve as sofas during the day and convert into four single beds at night.
Fully equipped kitchen, integrated with the living room area.
The room has a queen-size bed and a large closet, as well as access to the laundry area, washing machine, and outdoor shower.
The property comfortably accommodates up to 6 people.
It is located within the Moradas do Atlântico Condominium, which has few units and therefore there are condominium rules to be followed to ensure safety and tranquility for everyone.
There is 1 indoor parking space.
The region is beautiful, and the combination of mountains and sea is a gift from nature.

My family came to visit Ubatuba almost 40 years ago and we fell in love with the place! Nature, the mountain that is in perfect union with the sea conquered us.
