CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR'S EVE and CARNIVAL minimum 5 nights and prices to be agreed;
•Apartment located in the prime area of Praia Grande in Ubatuba and 140 meters from the beach;
•All basic kitchen utensils are available;
•Apartment on the 1st floor, not facing the street, it has an elevator and there is no adaptation for wheelchair users;
•1 parking space in an uncovered area. Consult the possibility of a 2nd vacancy;
•Suite with double bed, closet, ceiling fan and air conditioning;
• social room with 2 bunk beds, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and air conditioning;
•Bed and bath linen are not included. Pillows are available;
•There are ceiling fans in the dining and living rooms;
•Wi-fi available;
•TV only with open channels, however, there is Netflix;
•Apartment has gourmet balcony and washing machine;
•There are no beach chairs, umbrellas or tents available;
• PET of any size will not be allowed;
•Check-in from 2 pm to 7 pm;
Check-out until 10 am. If there are conditions, the schedules can be adjusted according to the needs of the guest;
•No need for a car to go to the nearest beach;
•Apartment located in a quiet location and close to small markets, bakeries and snack bars;
•Far 6.5 km from the city center;
