Prime location (opposite the Tenório beach condominium), on the first floor of a 3-story building without an elevator. One flight of stairs is required.
The building is located 100 meters from Tenório Beach, so there's no need to cross a highway or avenue to get to the beach. The location offers a variety of excellent restaurants, bars, snack bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. It's also close to the Itaguá boardwalk, where the pier is located from which the schooner tours depart.
* 1 Bedroom (with ceiling fan), 55'' Smart TV, and streaming apps.
* Living room with balcony, ceiling fan, 65" Smart TV, and streaming apps.
* Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, water dispenser, and all the necessary utensils for preparing and storing meals.

We are located in the Itaguá neighborhood, home to the Porto Itaguá Shopping Mall, the Tamar Project, the Aquarium, and a route with the best restaurants, kiosks, and bars in the region, including Rua Guarani with the city's most famous restaurants. There are various leisure options, such as schooner trips to Anchieta Island (among other destinations), a boardwalk, and handicrafts.
