Prime location (opposite the Tenório beach condominium), on the first floor of a 3-story building without an elevator. One flight of stairs is required.
The building is located 100 meters from Tenório Beach, so there's no need to cross a highway or avenue to get to the beach. The location offers a variety of excellent restaurants, bars, snack bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. It's also close to the Itaguá boardwalk, where the pier is located from which the schooner tours depart.

There are various leisure options, such as schooner trips to Anchieta Island (among other destinations), a boardwalk, and handicrafts.
