The house is close to the entrance and 150 meters from the sea.
Access to the beach requires no use of a car.
If you want to visit the nearby beaches, such as Praia Grande or Vermelha do Centro, you can also do so on foot, they are very close.
It is worth mentioning the proximity of local businesses, with bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets and various stores, all in the Av. Capitão Felipe region.
The best restaurants are also nearby, in the region of Av. Leovigildo Dias Vieira (Praia do Itaguá), making your stay even easier.
Airy house with good natural lighting.
It consists of 2 suites (1 with double bed and 1 with 4 bunk beds and large bathroom), 2 bedrooms (both with double bed), two rooms (TV room and living room/pantry), internal kitchen and gourmet area external (with stove and barbecue).
The kitchens are well equipped, both with integration into the living room/pantry.
All rooms are spacious, clean, airy and have beds with good mattresses.
Air conditioning in all bedrooms and the TV room.
The leisure area is sensational, with the main attraction being the swimming pool integrated into a beautiful garden.
Attached to the garden, we also have a sand court (multi-sports).
Comfortably accommodates 14 people.
