Living and dining room with decorated porch, beautiful fully formed garden, a small swimming pool, garage for 2 cars, barbecue with all the accoutrements and wood oven. Kitchen with 2 refrigerators, 1 freezer, microwave, electric oven and cold water filter. Living room with 50-inch TV and subscription channels. Hairdryer in all bathrooms, high speed fiber optic internet. Accommodates 10 people with all possible comfort. The highlight of the house is its decoration. Beautifully decorated with plants, paintings and nautical ornaments, which form a beautiful, elegant and extremely tasteful arrangement. Built-in wardrobes in all rooms. Every composition conveys a feeling of unparalleled comfort, cleanliness and coziness. Impossible not to fall in love.

2. House close to the beach with all services and commerce nearby?
Located just 3 blocks from the sand of Lazaro beach (4 minutes walking slowly). Close to everything you need for your stay.
Supermarkets, Restaurants, small mall (with high-end restaurants and shops and food center), gas stations and pharmacies. What's more, it's next to the Saco da Ribeira marinas, a beautiful place to visit, and the starting point for all nautical trips to the region's islands.

3. Home near family beaches? Good for kids?
Located on Praia do Lazaro, next to Sununga and Domingas Dias beaches, the most popular beaches in the city. The beaches of Lazaro and Sununga offer kiosks, beach chairs and umbrellas. Domingas Dias beach has a unique beauty. Calm and practically without waves, it is the ideal place for children to have fun without any worries. Sununga beach, which eventually hosts surfing competitions and other sports, is great for those who enjoy rough seas. There are 3 different options for you to choose from.
