On the 4th floor there is: a living room with air conditioning, 1 sofa bed, table, chairs, TV / American-style kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator with freezer, pots, pans, cutlery, baking dishes, glasses, electric and manual lunchbox, juicer / balcony / 2 bedrooms, one being a suite with a double bed and a single bed, TV, air conditioning and ceiling fan, and the other bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 extra single mattresses, wardrobe, 1 portable crib, TV, portable fan / a shared bathroom. Sleeps 8 people, maximum 9 if there are small children.
And on the 5th floor, a room considered a 3rd bedroom (see the photos for clarification) with an excellent wall fan, a sofa bed, and a double mattress. There's a barbecue, a small pool, a table with chairs, beach chairs, and a parasol for use on the rooftop. There's no need to bring chairs to the beach, as there are several kiosks/restaurants and there are no fees for using the chairs and tables, provided, of course, you consume something there.
*** Small or medium-sized pets are accepted (limit of 2). A one-time fee of R$ 80.00 per pet is charged for the period.

Sueli V Maciel: Conforme muito bem explicado ao candidato à hospedagem, meu anúncio é PAGO para que o hóspede não precise pagar a taxa do site. O anúncio PAGO no temporadalivre permite o contato direto entre proprietários e candidatos à locação. A locação não é feita pelo site. Vamos esclarecer que esse Paulo não foi ao apartamento, não pagou nada. Apenas se candidatou à locação e demorou para se decidir. Assim, outra pessoa que estava negociando bateu o martelo na frente dele. Passei imediatamente a informação a ele, dizendo: Não me envie os dados, não pague nada para mim, pois, não vai ser possível alugar para você, outra pessoa fechou o período. Para ele isso foi p e r f e i t a m e n t e esclarecido, a resposta aqui é apenas para que quem vier a ler a avaliação entenda como funciona esse site quando o anúncio é PAGO PELO PROPRIETÁRIO para que o hóspede não tenha que pagar mais 15% na locação. O Contrato é direto entre as partes, ficando mais barato para o hóspede. A pessoa tem que entender que não é a única que está falando com o proprietário, por isso deve ser mais ágil na decisão.

desda vez tudo estava completo ,o apto e´otimo nada do que eu tenha procurado eu não achei , cozinha completa apto arrumadinho limpinho , nota 10 e o tempo estava a nosso favor, e a companhia de pessoas muito querida tambem completou o nosso final de semana.( só uma observação só falta ar condicionado ).
