Carefully decorated and furnished. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 suite, both with balcony and sea view, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, living and dining room, service area and a large kitchen. Bathroom suite equipped with bars for seniors.

Bedrooms and living room with ceiling fans and 2 separate fans. In the suite 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and TV. In the bedroom 2 single beds and 2 single mattresses. The mattresses are all protected with toilet hygienic covers. In the Room 1 sofa of 3 and another of 2 places, TV, 1 table with 4 chairs and 2 stools and 1 balcony with 2 high bench.

Kitchen equipped with 2 Refrigerator / Freezer, 4 burner stove, Microwave Oven, Sandwich Maker, Blender, Water Filter, 1 George Foreman Grill. Utensils for 7 people, utensils for children and babies, dishes, dishes, glasses, pots, pressure cooker, baking sheets.

The Condominium has Adult / Child Pool, Barbecue, Games Room, Tennis Court / Poliesportiva.

Toninhas is a beautiful, wooded beach, being the southern corner, location of the condominium, ideal for children. Sea that transforms into a natural pool with clear and calm waters. In its northern corner ideal for surfing. Infrastructure with Kiosks and Restaurants and leisure options like Schooner Rides, StandUp, Bananas, etc. Bakeries and Market. Only 4km from the center of Ubatuba.
