The property comfortably accommodates up to 15 people. It has four bedrooms, including one suite, and two shared bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bedding configuration includes four double beds, a bunk bed, and five extra mattresses, perfect for large groups traveling together and enjoying the best moments with family or friends.
The apartment also features a cozy living room, a kitchen equipped with cooking utensils, a covered barbecue area, and a three-car garage. The location is excellent, close to the neighborhood's central market, pizzerias, burger joints, and restaurants. The surrounding Atlantic Forest provides freshness, vibrant colors, and the sound of birdsong, making the environment even more pleasant.
