Our apartment is complete and super cozy 100 meters from Toninhas beach.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a suite, a living room with two Smart TVs, air conditioning and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room, WI-FI, a full kitchen, a laundry area with a washing machine and a gourmet balcony for your barbecue and moments of relaxation.
Common area: 2 swimming pools, 1 outdoor on the terrace and another covered and heated spa-style, 2 saunas, rest area with chairs and parasols, elevator, 1 covered parking space for a medium-sized car, 24-hour concierge and doorman.
Our guests will have access to the two swimming pools and saunas, as well as being able to relax in the chairs by the pool on the building's terrace.

Toninhas beach is next to Praia Grande and close to the center of Itagua where restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and many stores including the Mall are located.

Tivemos uma excelente estadia no apartamento da Ana. Tudo muito novo, limpo e completo. A comunicação com ela foi extremamente fácil, nos ajudou muito. Indico de olhos fechados a quem quiser passar uma temporada de férias.
Não tivemos oportunidade de usar as piscinas do prédio pois pegamos um tempo muito bom na praia, mas passamos para conhecer e realmente, o prédio é muito bom!
O acesso a praia é muito fácil, nem 5 minutos a pé. Há também um mercado muito próximo que não há necessidade de pegar o carro.

É um imóvel lindo, super bem equipado, comporta 6 pessoas tranquilamente e tem todos os utensílios que alguém pode precisar para passar férias tranquilas e legais. O prédio conta com 2 piscinas incríveis e uma área de churrasqueira bem legal e equipada. O apartamento fica bem pertinho da praia e de vários estabelecimentos para comprar suprimentos.
